Crawford's Sports Biz 59 Seconds, For December 28th, 2014

Michigan has become the second state to pass legislation to prevent student/athletes from unionizing at public universities. Ohio was the first.

This legislation comes on the heels of a vote last April by the Northwestern football players to possibly unionize. Of course, Northwestern is a private university.
