We all know college athletics is a big huge economic business. The "old, new" buzz word coming back to college athletics is "school spirit". Many schools are discouraged and disappointed by the lack of student attendance and students leaving games in droves early.
Some solutions are better technology in arenas and stadiums to allow more social media interaction. As well, some old ideas are coming back including free food for students and at TCU, student leaders standing on ladders to encourage in- game participation by the student body.
