Remember a few years back when it was thought the entire NHL was in trouble. Fast forward to today and the mayor of Toronto, Rob Tory, says he would strongly be in favor of a second NHL team in Toronto.
I am sure the Maples Leafs would love it, not really, but just the talk of it, is a statement of a strong NHL.
