Could the Rams return to Los Angeles, as it is been 19 years since they have been gone. Better question, do people in LA want the NFL. In the Ram's final season, 1994, the teams averaged only 50,000 fans per game, in the 91,000 seat Memorial Coliseum. Even after the Rams played in the 1984 Super Bowl, the following season they averaged only 61,000 fans per game.
